The A15 is an availability-based public private partnership for a stretch of motorway south of Rotterdam in the Netherlands. The project involves the widening of a 37-kilometre section of existing motorway, the expansion of two intersections and the construction of a new Botlek bridge as well as rebuilding many of the structures and junctions connecting the motorway with the wider road network. The project benefits from a 20 year operational concession.

John Laing has a 28% equity stake in A-Lanes A15, the consortium responsible for delivering the project. The consortium was announced preferred bidder in 2010 and construction completed in 2016. The project deals with the entire stretch of motorway from Maasvlakte to Vaanplein and is aimed at ensuring accessibility and safety for the port and surrounding residential areas. The new Botlek bridge is wider and taller, reducing waiting times and improving journey times.
